I live quite close to a forest that is special in some way. I take a walk once every couple of days. Last tuesday it was raining so bad that I was humming and hawing about going for the daily walk. So I decided to go for the walk. Grabbed my wet gear and wellingtons and left for a fresh air for an hour.
At the entrance of the forest I stop and ask the fairies, spirits and guardian of the forests it ok to walk . I get a big yes it is fine to walk threw the forest. This fog comes out of now where and makes it very interesting and mystical to walk throughout the forest. Once
I get to a certain point where your sounded by trees. This is when the magic begins. I stop to hear the wind gallop around the trees. The fairies are dancing, trees creek and the leaves sway with amusement. Than I start to continue my walk and I talk to spirits and guardian of the forest about things that are bothering me or to help me grow as individual. While all this is happening rain lightens of a tiny bit.
At this time of the year I would find certain animals either lost or dumped. I come across this spirited horse who looks like he been around for awhile. I start chatting to him to see if he is ok. Reapplies with yes everything is grand, there is food water and some seller. So I turn around and start walking back the way I had came because I didn’t want to push the same way he had came and also the horse look comfortable.
On my way home I feel so wet. That it feels like soul also received a bath. I arrive home feeling on top of the world and the cobwebs wished out of my hair. Spiritually blessed of taking that walk. I go up and open the animal spirit book because I believe that the animals we see are an indication of where we are at in that moment of time. The horse means you are going on a spiritual trip, freedom and spirited. I read it and and thank the people who look after me in the spiritual world or my guides, guardians and gurus. These messages come to use in order to shake up or lives and make us aware of the other elements of life par spirituality.
The Artist
As I was talking to a friend this morning about my massage case studies that are a pain in my life at tehe moment. I discovered in life a artist has to be in a space of creation. The creator has it ideas, craft equipment and an idea of how to use the equipment.
During the summer past I had stayed in a monastery for a time gap of two weeks. To learn about myself and to enhance my spiritual path in Kriya yoga. What I ws amazed in Chicago that the building was originally a old catholic church that was renovated into a modern and living monastery. Every night a couple of guys would head down to give a hand in the building. The guys wives would make the monks dinner. The helpers would arrive, have some food, do some work on the building and than play Bamanation. I tell this story because these group were sharing there artistic ideas.
An artist is a person or group of people who have an idea to make something beautiful . They enter the inner garden to scout the world of imagination and god. In order to produce these works of wonder and magnificent pieces of art. In order to to make a piece so gorgeous to look at it requires inner strength, determination, guts and patience.
When you practice a certain skill for a period of time. The technique becomes sharper, faster and more efficient. I do think a person can be a master at anything. The master is really the artist. When we become more advance in the skills we read the subtle detail. When looking a person in doing a massage or any type of energy or body work there is lines, shapes, curves and the size cane be competly different. The reading of a therapist is being able to read gods picture on a physical, mind and spiritual level. It is like eating food. Would you eat shitty pieces of food or expensive, high quality food that makes your mind salivate for more. The exact thing applies all aspects. This the balance in life and a artist must master.
When we are in our right brain everything happens. This the brain that an artist is all the time. He eats, sleeps, drinks lushness of imagination and 3d. In the world of imagination and 3d the world becomes a out of the box experience. The artist is seeing all images in a upside down glass. This is the way the energy works like waves hitting a beach front. You could receive the feeling of it see . We see or feel the energy and portray it in many ways and try wrap it in luxurious language on intellect. When you brake it down is energy.
All these amazing artists have gone to the trouble to make art. They made art to be salivated by the human eye from the whole to the tinniest pixel. The same thing applies to the door that connects all worlds together to create state of homeostasis.
The Poem That Caught The Rug Under My Feet To Make Me Listen To The Message
As 2014 begins for everybody. We have been discussing with friends and family members what we are goals and giving up for the year. In order to achieve the best foot forward.
A family member had a this feeling to look at a poem that was hades by a friend two years ago. The poem is written by a mystic named Rumi. The poem is called don’t go back to sleep.
The previous year in the chinese zodiac was the fire snake which was shedding the skin of something that we don’t want to have abut us or items arounds us. As January is the last month of the fire snake. From February onwards it will be the wood horse. After doing all that detaching or shedding the things we don’t like about ourselves and others. You can have two choices go back to sleep and forget all the work we have done in the past year could be undone. As this month progresses we have two choices one could be go back to sleep or the other could be to stay awake and keep moving to improve our self journey and to continue to work hard to obtain the wealth of life.
ThiHere is the Rumis poem Dpn’t go back to sleep.
The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.
After reading the poem fully. Go back and read line by line. When you read the end of the sentence and look at the words he has chosen. Than see how do they piece in with your life in the present moment that you’re entering or stuck in.
I did this same exact exercise and it stopped me in my tracks. It made me reflect on the year just gone and coming what do I want from it in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of my life.I
I than asked my guides and angles about this message that is intwined in Rumis poem They replied that this is the message of 2014.Than took out my angel cards shuffled them and drew a card it was the same message as the poem. After that I realised if this message is being presented to me like a food on a plate ready to eat. The only thing to do now is take a bit of the message and see where it takes me.
An Interesting video
Today is the birthday of P.Yogananda. This person wrote a famous book called The Autobiograby of a Yogi. I looked around on youtube to find a great video that could recollect some of his memories of this person. In the Kriay Yoga masters they believe that P.Yogananda was the spiritual engine of Kriya Yoga.
Happy New Year
In China on their new years day. They get fireworks and write on them in order to get rid of energy ant hat has been with them for some time. I believe as people should take items from cultures and makeintergrate them into their own culture. If we are all one does that mean we celebrate together with different ideas.
We bedtime so caught up in the past or future we forget the times that were we sat down over a meal and laughter. in the moment we forgot the outside troubles. We live in a fast world these days it is either the past or the future. In the moment life is happening than waiting. The winds blows at you what would you do? Riecause that gust of wind can take you places.
My guru says Love Love and Love. He says this because love disturbs everything. If I have an argument with somebody and still be there e friend. That is a form of love. We have relationships that we don’t like at the end of the day we are all one and love regress what they have done. Jin the bible this kind of message is nearly everywhere in the hindden message.
I wish everybody a happy new year. I wonder what new energy and adventure will bring to you.
Another Year Nearly Wrapped Up
Tomorrow is the last day of 2013. The washing machine cycle is slowing down to finish 2013. After tomorrow another cycle on the washing machine will begin. That cycle will be 2014. Another 12 months of something new. As I look back on my own events that happened this year I am glad to have experience all that happened
So 2014 is on it way to greet us. I wonder what is n store for use on a individual and worldy scale. When I say world scale I mean where will the ride bring us. If you sit on the fence nothing happens. If you ride the bull with logic things will happen. We choose choices which shape our lives.
Ye we have ideas and things to do, create, finish and what ever that idea is follow it. When we follow something that gives us inspiration it makes us get out of bed with hop skip and jump. If live is short why do we put things off or say “oh i’ll do them tomorrow”.
Life is discipline. Without discipline we become lazy and only do that project for some period of time and than get board and start something new or wait a few days and do that again. You may think I am rambling of the point but this also fits in with the year that is ahead of us. Energetically all of 2013 has been the clean the gutter or blocked drains. In the chinese calendar it was the snake and shedding old skin, ideas, characteristics of us we don’t like and so on. @014 will be the year of the horse. Which will be very interesting watch this space.
I wish everybody who reads this blog. Thank you for reading it means a lot to me. I wish everybody a lovely, happy and magnificent year to come.
Chrismas a Special time
Today we are preparing for Christmas day which is tomorrow. As families are busy in preparing food for dinner and the next day.Getting presents for friends, family and co workers. For some people it might be eating and sharing stories with family and friends. Other people might be remembering loved one who pasted away during this time. We forget the people who are homeless for some reason.
A few years ago I attend a monastery for Christmas period. I was shown the other side of Christmas. I was shown the spiritual message of Chirstmas than the commercial. In celebrating christmas it is a balance of the true message of Christmas and commercial side. Not everybody lives in a monastery or Ashram where the outside world is closed up and you pray and meditate. That world maybe for somebody who has asked for it on there soul plan.
This day 2,0000 years Holy Mary and in Jerusalem looking for some place to stay for the night. They tried all the inns and wasn’t excepted. Mary prayed for some where to stay and her prayer was answered. They found this stables and asked could we stay here and the owner said yes you can. The next day Jesus Christ was born . Once every year we celebrate Christmas to remind us about jesus birth.

The Mirror of Truth
As I look in the mirror I see the face of my Guru. I wonder why this happened. Like in the scene of the Lion King when Simba looks in the water and sees the image of his father as him. Simba asks how can I be like you and the father tells him that I am in you. The same applies to my guru.
After taking the initiation of Kriya Yoga I took the spiritual oath. While getting it I accepted to be part of Gurudevs family. The teachers of Kriya Yoga have parts of him in some way.
As we are all parts of god we possess amazing gifts. Everybody is one and has energy in many forms. As souls on the earth plane we have masks that our soul but is in carved in a wax outline of a face and two holes for the eyes. I see, feel, taste, hear and touch god.
As I see myself in the mirror my taughts, ideas and other matter items become me in the whole. As I observe the face and see the artistic lines that the drawer drew.
Thank you for being on this earth to do gods mission that I have agreed.
History of Massage
Massage is a therapy that that focuses on physical touch to unlock tension and nots to help the body re be in its neutral state. Before the wastage became the word we assoicate with this therapy. Here is some examples of the word massage in different languages The arabic word: Mass “to touch or feel”, French word massed means “to rub”, Greek word Massein means “to need”and the Latin word means mass means “that forms a lump or not”.
In the eastern part of the world is where all these amazing therapies came from. In 3,000 BC in China there was this massage created called amma is the meaning of push or pull. This amma massage technique objective was to create homeostasis balance of energy in the clients body to reave stress, feel better health and to focus on a particular issue that the client would be troubling them.
In 1,000 BC the Japanese Zen monks were studying chinese Buddhism and observed traditional Chinese medicine and the healing techniques. They brought this knowledge back to japan. When going threw the Amma massage method they took the exact pressure points and created their own massage called Shiatsu. The word shiatsu means trigger pressure.and applying the correct pressure to body. In India massage plays a huge role in its culture. In indian scripture have been intertwined with the traditiional Aryuveda medicine. It dates back around 3,000 B.C. Aryuveda is a word that comes from a ancient indian language called Sanskrit. The meaning of this word is they the treating the knowledge of life. In the ancient India they would have all this knowledge written in books called the vedas. The vedas were the art of healing and told people everything to know.
In ancient Greece they designed a massage as a form of excise and fitness for the athletes body in its best shape possible. Herodicus was a physican and teacher of Hippocrates wrote a book in the 5th century. The book was based on the benefits of massage. During the 5th century Hippocrates was known as the father of medicine and wanted all doctors to be trained in massage.
At this time in history the Romans had control of a lot nations and learned their knowledge and applied it to them. Rome conquered Greece and took their teachings back to Italy. When the Romen Empire was at its strongest Galen was a phyiscian and used massage to help people with either injuries or dieases. He also wrote a clater of medical books about how vital the usage of massage is. JuJulious Cesar becomes next Roman Empiror has neuralgia so he goes and gets daily massage. Roman baths were a place to get washed and was also a place of all social activity happened. Massage is a ritual after you get your bath, giving important speeches, slaves going to Gladiator fights. At that time the herbs were the oils to relax, help the body mend and get rid of problems. Before hunting or battle the Navaho and Cherokee would rub in the herbs into their skin and also if they come home after hunting or battle. The Swedish government esblished a Royal Swedish Institute in 1813. Slowly Lings work became recognised around the world. Also Ling was the president of the insitatute. In many traditions from the history of massage infuse them into your modern daily lives. A bath with oils is from the Roman, Native Americans. Athletes go in every coupled of months to get the nots taken out like in Greece. It is slowly becoming where all medical professions will have massage as part of their profession. In America I went to a rehab centre where they had massage, chiropractor, GP and many other therapies under one roof working together to get the client the best care possible. A phisotherapist job is get all body parts singing in one big orcrastra.
