List of Body Systems

The body has tele major systems. These are the main parts to the body and than brake down into smaller categories in each system. Until we get to the cell. The cell is the building block and foundation to the body. A group of cells create a group of tissues, a group of tissues make a organ and a group of organs create a system. It is like a baton in a relay race. The reason I place the systems of the body in this order because they work in pairs. One connects with the other. Also you will slowly find out that the body has a domino effect. The body runs in a stardom with each system. When a car part isn’t work correctly that is when you have to bring it to the manic to see what the problem is. The same thing applies instead of the mechanic we go to the doctor. Gurudev 1996 Lecture

Paramahamsa Hariharananda is one of the masters in the Kriya Yoga linage. His title is Gurudev. These videos are a lecture that he gave in Vienna Asharam in 1996. An ashram is a monastery. I hope you find these videos helpful, funny and insitful. When I found these videos I thought that they were amazing and enjoyed them.

The Origins of Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is an immortal yogic science that was resurrected in 1861 by the immortal avatar Babaji Maharaj. It was given to one of his disciples Lahiri Mahasaya to propagate to the world. It was lost during the dark ages save to certain monks in the Himalayas. The science was then brought to the west in the 1920’s by the legendary spiritual and kriya yoga master, Paramahansa Yogananda. Yogananda states in a book written by Swami Kriyananda, one of Yogananda’s direct disciples that Kriya was sent to the west at the behest of Jesus Christ himself, who asked Babaji to send it to the west so that Christian followers would finally be able to commune with God within themselves. This, in part, is the prophecy of the comforter from the Bible being fulfilled. Kriya yoga is one of the fastest, most direct paths to realizing God in one’s life. Here, one need not believe in God any longer, as one can directly experience and know God within oneself. By Justin Vanderwende

It all started when I was in my mid twenties, with a small pain in the abdomen, that became most acute when I would bend over. Little did I know how this little pain would force me to make big changes in my life. I did what most people would do when seeking to address something health related: I made an ap-pointment with my doctor. After extensive testing, everything we tried was inconclusive. Over the course of a year, the pain spread down the right leg and across the lower back. I pretty much just dragged my right leg around. My abdomen slowly swelled until there was a constant state of discom-forting distention. My skin turned a pasty shade of gray with tiny bumps, the greatest concentration being on my back. Looking back on it now, I can understand that my skin looked this way because it was the only organ still detoxifying my entire body. Due to my declining condition, my doctor suggested we try ex-ploratory surgery. My doctor and I discussed best and worst possible scenarios; the worst case would be that they might have to start removing organs. I clearly remember the moment I regained consciousness in the recovery room. My doctor would not make eye contact with me, and I was thinking, “This can’t be good.” He said, “I have some good news and some bad news. I’ll start with the good news. We did not take anything out; you still have all your organs. The bad news is that every organ from your stomach to your colon is in crisis.” Your liver and small intestine are the worst. I could flip this quarter to determine which organ will shut down first, but most likely you are going to die from either the liver or small intestine shutting down, and I do not know why.” Looking back on it now, I can see that this specialist, unintentionally, did me the biggest favor of my life. I heard about a rare Chinese form of internal organ massage called Chi Nei Tsang, and decided to try it. Fortunately for me, I stumbled into the office of Gilles Marin, the foremost master in this technique. He worked on me for about ten minutes and then said, “Okay, I am going to tell you what is wrong with you. I’m warning you now it is going to be extremely hard for you to hear, because you have been diagnosed as terminal and been through so much pain for so long. The problem with you is that you are not breath-ing correctly.” My first thought was, “If it was my breathing, I would have been dead long before now.” Gilles explained that breathing is how we digest our emotions, thoughts and experiences, as well as sup-ply oxygen to the body. “You have absorbed as much fear as a person can, and still be alive, but just barely alive.” Gilles further explained, “The diaphragm in the body is designed to move downwards on the inhale. Yours is moving in exactly the opposite direction. Instead of going down, it is coming up. It is pulled up so high in the front of your body it is pinching off your liver meridian, cutting off your liver from desperately needed Chi, life force, energy. Your liver is hanging on by a thread now because the flow of energy has been choked off for so long. The result is the liver and the liver meridian are swollen and in crisis. The liver me-ridian comes closest to the surface of the skin where the most nerve endings are, and then dives back down here, here and here (those three spots). So that is where you would be experiencing the most pain. When you learn how to breathe correctly and bring the diaphragm back down, the flow of energy will be restored to your liver, and it will come right back, because there is nothing wrong with your liver. Your doc-tors were right about one thing, you will die if you do not change how you breathe. But you do not have to die, you can reverse this.” In ten minutes this guy explained my pain, how I got it, and what I needed to do to recover fully from it. Chi Nei Tsang is designed to be self-administered, so I spent the next several years studying with Gilles. The first year of the recovery process was extremely intense. In addition to retraining the respiration and the actual physical manipulation of the internal organs, an emotional exorcism occurs. The massage is about purging the body of negative emotions and bringing consciousness back to the core of the body. The day of the appointment I would feel great. I could tell I was improving dramatically. Then the next day, I would be an emotional basket case. The fear would just start pouring out of me. During that first year I also experienced profound changes in the myofacial tissue that surrounds the in-ternal organs. The tissue, responding to years of fear stimuli, had grown very tight and had a death grip around the organs. The combination of the breathing exercises and the emotional releases from organ manipulation caused the tissue to rip loose from the inside out, finally permitting the organs to relax. The sensation of the tissue tearing loose inside the body was a bizarre combination of blinding pain followed by the sweet bliss of relief and healing. My prayer for you would be that you are never faced with overcoming two terminal diagnoses in your life-time. And if that does find you or a loved one, know you are powerful beyond measure, and there is a wealth of life saving complementary and alternative health wisdom out there for you to discover. Meditation

I look at the mirr and see this image of myself. I say wow how beautiful i look. Than a few seconds pass. I start to notice things that I wouldn’t see. Than I ask who are you? For me I can’t light candles already tried fancy clothing that became an ordeal. It got to a point where I place a blanket folded on the floor. I fold it. I am trying to say is that is about the techquine more than the material items. I have meditated in my underwear. After a while you will see changes in sutler ways. The Presents that From God

Had my window placed some music on to research for my next article. I hire this bang coming from the window. Thinking it was the neighbours moving some big items with machinery. Than I hear it again and look out the window and see it is a thunderstorm. I am thinking awesome. I stop everything to watch it. I get a front row sat to one of mother natures amazing perfomaces. If you think about is amazing performance of light and sound together. The force of lighting depends on the size of the sound of the thunder. In Ireland these kind of perforates by nature is quite rare. While watching the atom a barfly flies in and does a full circle of the room. Than lands on the desk in the room. Looks directly at me for a few seconds. Decides to come closer closer reaches about a two inches away than caught my attation and few away. I look up the message of a butterfly. It means transformation. This is ike a present from god. The storm and butterfly at the same time. We receive all sorts of gifts from god. We may realise it or not. Some amy be presented in a different way than you expected. It will come again if you put work and faith together to create it again. Every night I spend five minutes saying a prayer for thanks, people that are sick in every aspect of the world and as well ask for something for myself. A prayer doesn’t have to be the traditional prayer. it can be a few sentences that fit you.

Message From The Gut

Money is our currency of the today. We treat this for the work of holistic practioners to treat us. I have choice of which therapist I go to. Is she or he good or not, true, false and affordable. The only way of discording this is to go and see. I wish there was a better way of detecting it. Yes it is the gut feeling that we get in our body. At times our brain over rides the information that the gut is send us. Than later down the road we receive the same feeling and than listen to it. Why do we have to wait later on in time to figure ut the same message that is sent at that time? I really don’t know. Every body is different in picking up this feeling or message. I recently have a simular process where a therapist said he could do something to help my health. After about three months later I got this message to say no it isn’t for me anymore. I had got what I wanted from that experience. I think that is why get the same message later on. We feel that everything has been received in what we need from that person.

Vision

In the time of history we have had a inventor that has change the way we live. In all areas of life today are being changed to ell humanity. We all have a dream of some sort. A visionary is a person who defines logic for creativity. Than later on they are credited for the work they gambled on. That nobody taught it would be good. If I wasn’t living to my ultimate ability than I would just be passing by. The first step is take a leap of faith. That is why inspiration is a important ingredient. Without it we would just clogged up with societies conveyor belt. It is like being in love. That love can be a person, idea and a life time change for that person well being. God talks to us in strange ways. A vision or idea could be you inner self coming to the fore front to help the process of growth, success and so on. Since we are fish in a pond swimming for the same thing but take a wrong turn and get lost. Since we have a certain amount of time on this beautiful earth. Create a vision that could change your world or others. At the end of the day we love sharing our ideas to other regardless what cercstances are being presented. So please take a few minutes a day to share or record your vision and dreams. You never know those dreams you had some time back in history actually came true. We are five seconds from discovering some amazing things. Everything we do effects or benefits the world of humanity.
